About Danilo
I’m an 18-year-old Dutch–Italian co-founder of RDP with a lifelong ambition to become an entrepreneur and build solutions that genuinely help businesses grow. I grew up in an entrepreneurial environment, inspired by both my grandfather and my stepfather, who are entrepreneurs themselves and shaped my mindset from an early age. I place a lot of value on helping companies move forward by taking real operational burdens off their shoulders, so founders and teams can focus on what truly matters: growth. Outside of work, you’ll often find me on the golf course or coaching the U15-2 team at BVC Bloemendaal, where discipline, leadership, and long-term development are key. Those principles strongly influence how I build companies: with focus, consistency, and a team first mentality, while working toward our clear long-term goal of supporting a significant share of businesses with AI-driven solutions that replace or augment traditional roles such as reception and customer handling, setting a new standard for efficiency and scalability.
About Paul
I’m an 18-year-old Dutch racing driver and co-founder of RDP, driven by the ambition to perform at the highest level both on and off the track. I grew up in an entrepreneurial environment, surrounded by entrepreneurs in my family, including my parents, sister, and grandparents, which shaped my mindset from an early age. After moving from sim racing to real-life competition in 2024, I quickly made my mark by winning both the Dutch BMW Racing Cup and the BMW Compact Cup in 2025 with dominant performances. I’ve since stepped into international racing, competing in series such as the Porsche Carrera Cup Benelux, where discipline, focus, and continuous improvement are essential. Alongside racing, I’m actively building RDP, applying the same performance-driven mentality I use on track: precision, consistency, and long-term thinking. Entrepreneurship allows me to build something scalable and impactful while supporting my broader motorsport ambitions, with the goal of achieving sustainable success in both racing and business.
